Shocked and Disappointed

I have ordered from Little Navy many times and have been very impressed and happy with the product. This time I was very excited to order because it was for my first niece that was going to be born in December. I ordered in Nov 29 and got my order on Jan 17 almost 2 months. I understand that there was a Canada post strike but I had no problems with other orders. Customer service was good. They answered their emails and tried to help. The product was okay. The blanket seemed to be smaller than before . The name on the rabbit was just stick on letter which I was disappointed because I thought it was sewn on. Well I order again possibly yes because I believe they are really a good company and I will try again.

Love them as always

Ordered my niece a cropped sweater with her name on it and my nephew his first little navy blanket. They were both perfect. I paid extra for Christmas rush but the postal strike had other ideas so they got them in January. There wasn’t much you could have done with that unfortunately

I started purchasing the personalized blankets when my daughter was born, along with two for friends who had also just had babies. They are my go to for baby gifts and they’ll grow with the child and become an amazing keepsake when they get older. The quality is amazing and I love that they are made in Canada. Highly recommend!
